Students benefit because there is a stable workforce of teachers, aides, and support personnel that allows for continuity in programs. Parents and taxpayers benefit because stability in the education workforce allows more confident budget planning. School boards benefit because labor and management harmony increases efficiency and productivity. And of course instructional and non-instructional professionals benefit because from fair procedures, stability and continuity that makes schools run more efficiently.

ABCE MEMBERSHIP GOALS

The membership committee is lighting the fire this year with ambitious goals. The membership committee has set a goal of acquiring 50 new members each quarter for the upcoming school year. With our collective efforts we can certainly achieve this and make our membership stronger than ever. Remember, more members...more influence.

If you would like to be a part of the membership committee, please contact Virginia McDaniel, Chair, or any of the committee members. Everyone is welcomed and encourage to participate.
