Annual Contract Questions

Q: Do annual contract teachers accumulate leave from year to year? 

A: Yes

 
A: Yes.  If they stay in Bay County.  If they go to another Public School District in Florida they can transfer their accumulated leave to that district.
 
A: No
Q: Can Annual Contract Teachers sell back accumulated leave?
A: No
 
A: You maintain those years for retirement purposes, if you get hired in Bay or another Public School District in Florida those years would count toward retirement.
